On January 8, 2014, the Polish-American Club (PAC) of the Triangle made its first donation to the Children's Smile Foundation, and became a benefactor of this righteous voluntary organization. Our donation of $705 is being provided for medical treatment of Michał Kucharski. The donation funds were raised during an auction held at PAC's 2014 New Year's Eve Party.
The Foundation helps children mostly from Poland and in some cases from the United States as well. It maintains contacts with parents faced with financial problems, for example, paying bills for medical services for their children. The scope of the Foundation is not limited only to assisting with medical issues but also attaches importance to children in educational matters.
